Application Process

We hope that, as you get to know Bethany Academy, you will decide that it is the direction in which God is leading you for your family's educational needs. Our admissions process includes these steps:

1. Complete a student application and return it to the school with the non-refundable registration fee. (Our online application can be found by clicking here.) If you are enrolling students in 7th –12th grades, they must also complete the Prospective Student Questionnaire.

2. Schedule a shadow visit for your student to experience a day in the life of a Bethany Academy student. Parents meet with our admissions personnel to become familiar with the school's expectations and goals, to discuss their own expectations, and to receive the school's admissions criteria.

3. You will be contacted by Bethany Admissions to arrange for a family interview between the enrolling parents and student, Bethany’s Director of Admissions, and Bethany’s Head Administrator.

Shortly after the interview process, you will receive a letter informing you of the status of your application. Depending upon when you register, it is possible that you may be placed on a waiting list. If so, Bethany will provide further communication to keep you informed of your enrollment status.
